Return Policy

Dear Customer,
We want you to be happy with your shopping. So we go to great lengths to assure you get the exact goods you order, delivered on time. If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason, Prior to returning any order, please contact our  after-sale service center : sales@ihobbymall.com (China time:Monday - Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. ) 
If your return claim request Comply with policy requirements,we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines.
 

Returns Requirement

First of all ,if few parts chipp off unexpectedly but it won't make a big difference, we encourage and support repairing them with your wisdom and skillful hand, our after-sale service  team will reward gift and coupon.

1, Returned  goods must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

2, When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. 

3, All international returns must be authorized in advance. Please email sales@ihobbymall.com for specific instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the non-acceptance of your return.

4, The cost of shipping to return a product is the responsibility of the customer. IHOBBYMALL does not pay international return shipping costs and custom tax.

5, Return shipments are the legal responsibility of the customer, and all compliance issues with your selected shipper must be met. IHOBBYMALL is not responsible for any non-compliance with shipping regulations where we are not the shipper of record.

6, Missing part: Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.

7, IHOBBYMALL reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit.

8, If IHOBBYMALL incurs additional shipping fees as a result of refused or returned shipments, we reserve the right to deduct those amounts from the final return credit.
